Supsiri HuaHin Co., Ltd. is the leading land and real estate development company, with more than 24 years of credible qualified experience in business management and construction supervision. Inspired by the executives’ farsighted vision, we initially started with the hotel construction business and expanded our potential to the land and real estate development market, with a large number of remarkable projects evolved under the name ‘Casa Collina’ in Songkla’s Hat Yai city. As time went by, our executives had determined to generate greater business expansion in Hua Hin, considered as one of the most popular attractions for tourists in Prachuap Khiri Khan. Consequently, the company, Supsiri HuaHin Company Limited, had been established to promote its modern Thai housing development business under the ‘Supsiri Hua Hin’ theme, followed by a contemporary Thai housing development project under the ‘Casa Collina Hua Hin’ theme located in a beautiful valley with natural surroundings and high-end facilities. Highlighted by our business achievement and continuing growth over the past years, we had also launched other luxury residential projects including the Casa Collina Mon-Mai, comprising of townhouses and commercial buildings, and the 88 Condo Hua Hin, a 3-building condominium comprising of 252 rooms strategically situated on a stunning 5-rai area on the opposite side of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin near Hua Hin Provincial Court. The aforementioned projects were developed under the supervision of Supsiri HuaHin Company Limited and HuaHin Subsiri Property Company Limited, respectively. บริษัท ทรัพย์สิริ หัวหิน จำกัด ประกอบธุรกิจประเภทพัฒนาที่ดินและค้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ โดยทีมงานผู้บริหารที่มากด้วยประสบการณ์มากว่า 24 ปี ประกอบกับความรู้ความสามารถด้านบริหารธุรกิจ และงานก่อสร้าง โดยจุดเริ่มต้นของคณะผู้บริหารมาจากการเริ่มก่อสร้างโรงแรมและบริหารงานมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน อีกทั้งการพัฒนาที่ดินเป็นอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อค้าอีกหลายโครงการในอำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ในนามโครงการ คาซ่า คอลลิน่า ริมคลองในเขตอำเภอหาดใหญ่ และยังมีอีกหลายโครงการอย่างเนื่อง ต่อมาคณะผู้บริหารเห็นพ้องต้องกันว่าเราควรขยายธุรกิจมายัง อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จึงได้เริ่มก่อตั้งบริษัท ทรัพย์สิริ หัวหิน จำกัด เพื่อทำบ้านจัดสรรสไตล์ไทยประยุกต์ ในนามโครงการทรัพย์สิริ หัวหิน และต่อด้วยโครงการบ้านจัดสรรสไตล์สมัยนิยม ในนามโครงการคาซ่า คอลลิน่า หัวหิน บนพื้นที่ใกล้เนินเขา บรรยากาศรายล้อมไปด้วยธรรมชาติ พร้อมด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอย่างครบครัน บริษัทยังคงมีความก้าวหน้าและเติบโตมาอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นลำดับ และยังมีโครงการอื่นๆ อีกหลายแห่งในอำเภอหัวหิน ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย โครงการคาซ่า คอลลิน่า หม่อนไหมซึ่งเป็นอาคารพาณิชย์และทาวเฮ้าส์ ซึ่งเป็นโครงการ ในเครือบริษัท จากนั้นเรายังได้ต่อยอดธุรกิจเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของกลุ่มลูกค้าทุกระดับด้วยการเปิดตัวโครงการที่พักอาศัยประเภทคอนโดมิเนียม ในปีพ.ศ.2555 ในชื่อ “เดอะ 88 คอนโด หัวหิน” บนเนื้อที่ 5 ไร่กว่า มีอาคารที่อยู่อาศัยจำนวน 3 อาคาร รวมจำนวน 252 ห้องชุด ตั้งอยู่ที่ ซอยหัวหิน 88 ตรงข้ามมหาวิทยาลัยราชมงคลรัตนโกสินทร์ และใกล้ศาลจังหวัดหัวหิน ซึ่งโครงการนี้อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลในนาม บริษัท หัวหิน ทรัพย์สิริ พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด เพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้เห็นถึงการพัฒนาและขยายการลงทุนในระยะยาวทางบริษัทจะยังคงไว้ด้วยมาตรฐานการบริหารในทุกด้านอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป
